4. Can we use our own specified packing method?
Of course, you can use the packaging method you specify.
5. Do your products support OEM customization?
Yes, we support OEM services.
6. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for stock products. For non-stock products, the minimum order is 100 units.
If you have special requirements, feel free to contact us — the MOQ can be discussed based on your needs.
7. Can you provide a product catalog?
Yes, please contact our business manager, and we will send the catalog to your mailbox.
8. Are samples available free of charge?
Depending on the product, we can provide free samples for most items.
9. What is your mass production and delivery time?
Usually 45–60 days. Different products have different production cycles.
10. What are your terms and conditions of payment?
Our standard trade terms are EXW or FOB Xiamen.
We require full payment before shipment for all orders.
11. What is your after-sales service policy?
If the product has quality issues within 6 months or within 30,000 kilometers of usage, we will renew it for you free of charge.
